They were a legit challenge for the Spurs in Round 2 two years ago with nearly a full squad (minus David Lee). Last season they took the Clippers to 7 games in Round 1 without Bogut or Ezeli to play Center. Aside from a few minor injuries to Bogut, Lee, Thompson, and Green, they have been healthy for the most part this year. I'm not saying 67 wins was their natural progression, but they were definitely on their way to becoming a legit challenger in the West. Kerr's motion offense took them to a level of efficiency no one other than their front office could have hoped.
