The thing that BYU has to do to change this perception is to change the game day experience. BYU has done a poor job of improving on it. Like many things in life, if it is not improving it is declining. BYU needs to really clean house and get a new guard, it baffles me how poorly BYU manages this area. I believe that good is the enemy of best, but fair is the absolute demise.
