Mike Hague's tweet is not attacking BYU.
I have been lurking here for the better part of three years and have finally felt compelled to post. (Yay! I suppose.)

I was listening to 1320 on the way into work and they were going off about how great Coach Wintrich is. Specifically, they cited the lack of injuries from spring ball and the pro day performances of the seniors. (Will is also trying to get "Trick Daddy" of the ground add a nickname for Coach W.) Hague's tweet was correcting their assumption that Povey's numbers came from Wintrich, which was kid of a dumb assumption anyway since nearly every athlete preparing for the League trains with a specific trainer or facility in order to prepare for the drills rather than actual football.

BYU has its share of issues, and we've recently had a rash of criticism from within, but that's not what Hague was doing. We as fans may want to think about collectively easing up on the rush to rash conclusions. (I recognize telling fans to ease up is like telling them to learn to breathe through their bellybuttons, but still--try to take a breath.
