Getting better talent is part of the solution, too. However, it is hard to
answer the question when the talent may have been better had it been developed. 1 is better than 0. Are you telling me they could not develop 1 person to go to the NFL with better coaching. Out of how many players on the team, they can't have 1 player drafted; just 1?
