recruiting point. Sell that point. Tell recruits that you will help them reach that goal, if that is what they want. Don't tell them that the NFL sucks and you will be apostate and bankrupt if you go that route. You can do character building AND achieve NFL status. Not everyone in the NFL is abject scum. That would be a great start. Then, go study the habits of other coaches who have successfully put players into the NFL (especially from teams with similar or lesser talent, like BSU, Utah or USU). Then build relationships with NFL coaches and staff. I know that Bronco has a good relationship with the Steelers.
