Bottom tier B12 teams should be in favor of expansion per this Iowa State writer

Basically the lower tier B12 teams have a hard path to bowl eligibility and stand a good chance of failing to qualify for post-season play with the current round-robin schedule. If the B12 expands and dilutes the power in the conference a little bit, it benefits the lower tier teams much more than the upper tier teams.
