Flooded basement, mostly paid for by insurance - $7,500 to replace drywall,
carpet, pad, paint. Then we threw some electrical work in their, just for fun, for another $750.
We had a mold issue in our master bathroom last year that cost the insurance company about $12,000.
Not sure why Safeco keeps us around, but I'll take it. This house is a money pit.
