So in my new apartment we share internet with 6 other college apartments. That's not a huge deal, but the landlord has restrictions on when you can use Netflix. So our landlord said that he would pay up to $30 for Comcast cable, so we were thinking of getting a cable/internet bundle just so we wouldn't have the restrictions. The cheapest internet/cable package that Comcast has (as far as I can tell) is $45 a month with 25mbps and the basic cable package. So it would end up costing me and my roommate like $8 a month.
So I guess my question would you go with a. the free, shared wifi with restrictions on Netflix (I know Netflix doesn't seem like a big deal, but i'm going to be in Logan for the winter, it might be necessary for survival) or b. pay $8 a month for 25mbps and basic cable. Thoughts?
