Is anyone else fed up with the constant focus on "the big picture" of BYU football?

A big portion of the discussion here and on the radio is centered around P5 inclusion, independence, Big 12 expansion, money, scheduling and on and on. In my singles ward days there was a guy who was so morose and serious that we used to joke that on first dates he would spend the entire time talking about their relationship.

Can't we ease up and focus on the moment? It's going to be a great season for the fans. Why ruin it by talking about what we don't have when we have football.
