A couple of posts along with something in Cougar Sportsline have opened my eyes
I tended to see the postitive sides of things. I've seen BYU footballs issues but I have also seen the success the program has had in the Bronco era as well. And so some of the complaints about not winning more games or getting to the BCS/playoff games etc etc I tended to see as us BYU fans as having too high of expectations. (including me, i've wanted all those things really bad). I have never thought bronco was perfect. And wondered how ziggy slipped through the cracks as long as he did etc etc But i have generally though that he has done a great job. But after reading the following posts and quote I've realized there are more issues than I was aware of.

And then reading this in HB Arnett's cougar sportsline,

“What does BYU football have in common with the following teams? Louisiana-Lafayette, Texas Southern, North Dakota State, Towson, Monmouth, Northwestern State, Eastern Washington, Newberry, Central Arkansas, Navy, Wyoming and William and Mary.
The Answer: Absolutely nothing. All of the teams listed above, along with other no name and obscure schools, had players selected in the just completed NFL Draft. BYU didn’t.”

After reading these things my eyes have been opened. There is a serious problem with player development and therefore a problem with the coaching staff.
