BYU athletics is required to gather all the funds for new athletic buildings
and their upkeep, yet athletics has no ownership over the athletic buildings? The MC holds more religious and education events than it does sporting events, yet sports has to cover the entire cost of these upgrades and is still not in control of the complexes? That seems beyond ridiculous. It appears that BYU athletics is being taken advantage of.
