you need to at least take both into consideration. and even then it doesnt really look at just quality. it is very possible that that if you took the highest 15 players many more schools come out ahead of utah. but because they have quality and quantity they get penalized. what this does is not reward quality but penalize quantity. but this is even dumber to rank this way when talking about high school recruits. Because it is much better to talk about the average salary in the pros per player on the college team not per player in the nfl that would be the best way to rank it. since every college team has roughly the same players and other collleges are coming out way ahead in total NFL salaries there is no way to say they arent doing better than utah unless you use this stupid analysis.
