I realize there are CBers that are insurance agents and may be one sided but has anyone had bad representation when filing a claim with progressive direct or a like interent company?

We just purchased an RV and bear river is way expensive. If I switch to progressive direct with rv and auto I will save about $40/month. My agent is trying to tell me how with progressive direct I will not get representation like I will with him.

I honestly have no idea if that is the truth and have no idea how good it is to submit claims through him and bear river because in 13 years I have not made one claim.

Anyone have experience dealing with these 800/internet insurance companies?
