Many kids that go out of state could likely stay in state
and start for Utah or BYU, but get buried on the depth chart at other schools.
Utah can't recruit the number of quality QBs that Alabama can. You have a better chance at playing time (in most cases) at BYU or Utah than you do at USC or Alabama.
