LeBron is phenomenal. Best player in the NBA by a mile.
but his surrounding cast is not that bad. They aren't great by any means...but having guys like Tristan Thompson who is absolutely destroying guys on the glass certainly helps. People are acting like LeBron is doing it by himself....JR Smith made 6-7 off the dribble 3's in game 1. He has good shooters and defensive players. The reason why they are having success IMO is because LeBron has the RIGHT pieces around him. It isn't about playing with good players necessarily - it is about playing with players that mesh and compliment each other. LeBron loves to pass to shooters...Cavs have them in droves. Tristan Thompson dominating the O-glass and kicking the ball out for more 3's and possessions is demoralizing. Delly is playing physical basketball on the forwards and Teague on PNRs. Shumpert is playing high caliber defense (as is the rest of the team) The role players around LeBron are doing just what they should...play their role to the fullest.

LeBron is a master of making players better. He is by far the best player in the NBA and it isn't close. This supporting cast suits his game well.

Obviously this cast would suck without him....but they are great to play in support of a passing superstar. Just my .02

Having said all of that...Golden State will show no mercy and win in 5 or 6 games.
