Most unusual offseason I've had in several years...
The fire is just gone... I'm finding that most days I'm ok with it but then others I seem to miss it.

I used to wear BYU gear most places when not at work and enjoyed the heckling and banter with U fans but not anymore. It's just gotten old... If someone I know gives me a hard time about being a Y fan anymore, I don't get a rise out of it anymore I'm just over that aspect of fandom.

My wife and kids wear Y gear quite often still and I find myself thinking "can't ya find some other clothing besides Y gear all the time"?

I suppose this is what being a casual fan feels like. It has its perks, BYU winning or losing doesn't ruin a weekend for me anymore but engaging and investing into the program's was also fun. I had some great road trips and some fun and passionate games I was there live for but the interest just isn't there for me anymore.

Maybe I just have severe offseason blues this go around... Maybe it's mono? Or maybe I'm just bored with it all anymore?
