money, so it's pretty well maintained. There are signs saying it is a "hassle free" zone, which means you don't have to pass through a customs check to enter the area. Driving in to Mexico is very quick. The line to get back in the US is obviously longer, but nothing like Tijuana (at least when I've gone through.

The resorts and the beach are nice. Some of the town itself might be a bit sketchy for kids, but there's no reason to go into town with kids.
