I've really got into grilling since getting home from my mission two years ago. Knew that the CB crowd generally comes up big when I have a question, and hopefully could give me some pointers on the perfect steak? I'm grilling for my whole family tomorrow (4 siblings and spouses) would love to treat them to something great.
