Wanted some good BBQ and there were a bunch of large caliber men smoking pork on their traegers giving out samples just outside the stadium. I then started a period my wife calls "the dark ages" when I relentlessly studied anything and everything there is to know about smoking and bought a smoker. As I type this I have a boston butt at 225 in my smoker.
