upon my return to Utah I was sad to find out that there is nothing even remotely close to what I had in Texas. So I started doing it myself. It's still not as good but it's better than anything I can find in Utah and it gets better each time I make it.
I do it more as a hobby. I enjoy the process and I also like making food that people love. I'm a little obsessive when it comes to cooking food for others. I want it to be the best they have ever had so I put a lot of time into the details. I'm like that with any type of food I cook though.
I want to buy a Gator Pit but the one I want is $3500. Life keeps getting in the way of that purchase but maybe one day when I'm rich I'll get one.
