No internet wifi connection or direct wire connection to Internet service on computer

Power outage Friday night next morning no wifi

Unplugged power and plugged back in, modem lights green and router red lights no signal

Push the button on the router blinks green then solid green then red no wifi

Push reset button on both no wifi

Plug computer into modem directly get verizon sign in page and my account, can not load any cnn, CB pages

Do I buy a new router tomorrow?
Lost as too my next move

On my phone it show bars for the wifi and the closer I get to the router the more bars I have on the phone but can not send a text or load a page

New today

This morning the computer is showing http 404 not found
