It's also possible there are air bubbles under the fillings. If you were my
patient I would remove the fillings and start over at no cost. And if that didn't calm it down then we would know that the nerve is experiencing irreversible pulpitis and needs a root canal. Sometimes that happens to the nerve at no fault of the dentist. Any time you put a bur to a tooth you are causing trauma to that tooth and sometimes the tooth freaks out. Sorry you have to deal with this.
