I'd take literally every single starter on GS over every starter on the Hawks

Especially for GS's system, which relies on Barnes and Bogut primarily for defense. I get that Horford is a great player, but I'd still take Bogut.

I don't have as much of a take on Barnes, but here is a post I made a while back about Bogut and his importance to GS.
