The new neighbors (renters) have a couple smaller dogs. Now I'm finding their droppings all over my yard. The neighbors know their dogs are doing this. Do I just get my shovel and throw it back into their yard? Or do I step it up and put the crap in bags and leave it on their doorstep? Other options?

The previous homeowner ripped out the fence between us, claiming they were going to put up a nice new fence, and then moved out before doing it. Guess I'm stuck rebuilding the fence between us.
