We just moved into the neighborhood and have a couple of smaller dogs. They are a rare championship breed and I've caught my neighbor trying to coax them into his yard several times. I'm not sure why (play with, sell or breed?). Of course while they are over there they do their business. I don't feel it's my job to pick up their mess when he invited them over.

The last guy who owned their house had ripped out a fence, but said they were going to put up a new one, but left before they got that done. I'm thinking I may need to rebuild a fence between us.
