I believe customer loyalty is next to impossible unless you somehow connect
Emotionally-

I promote health products- unless a physician thinks there's a big difference they go with easier to get or cheapest

Insurance we want as reliable for cheapest- we only care about service when we need it-

Seems like everybody or everything is no longer loyal
