If we followed the TCU model we'd do great.
That is...we take the OL and DL Taysom's and bulk them up. Hill is a little short for every trench position but NT and Center, but there have been underheight guys that have succeeded. On the DL he'd need to get up to at least 270 at the DE slots and close to 300 at the NT slot. Every where else, only a slight tweaking would be necessary. He'd have to cut weight at the CB position and possibly free safety but every other position he could get by as is. The corner back Hills would have to play very physical, grabby, pushy technique ala the Seattle Seahawks. They would not have the hip wiggle to easily turn and run with sleek wide receivers...but they could compensate somewhat by being very physical. The safety Taysoms would hit like a ton of bricks. He's already a linebacker. He'd do just fine at any position.

On offense, he'd struggle at the tackle positions, even with added weight simply because he doesn't have the length you like to see. He'd have to get to about 300 at both guard positions and at least 280 at center. Outside of that, he could play as is. He'd be fine at both RB and FB...a somewhat undersized but not overly so TE...you'd like more length...or more sheer quickness at the WR, but he'd get off press coverage just fine. I think he'd be OK at QB.

TCU made a killing taking skill players and bulking them up in size. They kept a lot of their athleticism, but gained the mass necessary to play the position. You'd have to do that with Hill. If you had NT and CB sized Hills...I think it would be a pretty formidable team.
