Let me help you out with things to do in the park.
1.Tom Sawyer's Island. You can get a way from a lot of the crowds and she'll be able to run around with you following.
2. Hungry Bear Restaurant - Down below - Feed the ducks. There are signs that say not to, I think, but I've been feeding them for over 35 years no one is going to stop you.
3. Golden Horseshoe Theater - They have a show that let's kids get on stage while people sit at tables.
4. Go to Monorail about 2 pm and ask to sit in the back compartment. It'll be just your family. They only allow 6 in the seat.
5. Go Captain EO (if its open) and sit in the very back row and let her dance
6. Sit down at Tomorrowland Terrace in the Evening and listen to music and let her move a little.
7. Kids her age love the enchanted Tiki Room
8. Shooting Arcade typically has low crowds
9. Sit on the back side of Dumbo and watch the elephants go round
10. Little Girls love Smallworld. My 3 daughter were scared of dark rides at 2 to 3 years old until they went on smallworld and figured out that the park was fun, not scary.
11. Circle the Park on the Railroad or just from the Tomorrowland to Main Street segment and watch the Dinosaurs. Tomorrowland station often has the shortest lines.
12. Go Find characters to get their autograph on Main Street in the afternoon.
13. Visit the shops on Main Street.
14. Ask to visit the wheelhouse of the Mark Twain and ride on the upper decks, where less people hang out.
15. Toontown Streets often have fun interactive play areas for kids. Go early in the day.
16. Go look at stuff in the Lincoln Theatre Lobby on Main Street.
17. Play some video games at the Starcade, if open.
18. Walk through Sleeping Beauty's Castle
19. Visit the Wishing Well on the right side of Sleeping Beauty's Castle.
20. Go to the Petting Zoo at Big Thunder Ranch (If its still there) and hangout in the area between Big Thunder and the Ranch.
21. Go Late morning and ride the vehicles up and down MainStreet.
22. Get some Disney High Quality Disney Pins and Trade with Cast Members such as security.
