Early in my career I used it a couple of times to sign letters, but

those were special circumstances. IIRC, one was someone who told me to "have the attorney I work(ed) for" get back to him and the other was very similar. Both cases where people jerkily assumed I wasn't a lawyer when they had reason to know I was and I wanted to make a subtle point.
