What tennis racquet should I buy?

After almost 30 years, it's time for me to replace my tennis racquet. I'm retiring my old ProKennex Diamond Ace but I don't know what to replace it with. I only play a couple of times a month. My game is mostly ground strokes with heavy spin and only a few forays to the net each set. I'm much older than I was 30 years ago (as most of us are) so I'm not quite as nimble as I used to be.

What say ye, ye gurus of Cougarboard . . . What brands should I be looking at? Are there any models that you would recommend? Any new technologies that I should consider? Where should I buy my new racquet?
