It's a 7s tournament run by USA 7s. It is sponsored by Penn Mutual,
the same company that sponsors the Varsity Cup. The other 7s tournament is run by USA Rugby and was held last weekend. The Collegiate Rugby Championship (CRC) was the original college 7s tournament started in spring 2010. USA rugby's equivalent was started in fall of 2011.
