If you want to try to make a case why it's better for The university of Utah that the rivalry continue then fine, but you can't reasonably expect Utah to do it out of the kindness of their hearts. As for BYU playing USU, they need the game now, but when they didn't they used their leverage to get a 2 for 1 because BYU was looking out for number one like they should be.
