Almost a disaster. After the first go around when I pushed a certain part of the screen it was pinching the digitizer cable and acting like the power button. So pushing on the screen turned off the iPad.

I just about threw it in the garbage. But then I figured it out and all was well. It took close to 3 hours. I just hope it lasts. I don't have the cash to buy a replacement.
