He is a member of the ward and needs work (financially struggling). I could do it but I just don't have time. It is a win win because I get a project checked off on my list and he gets paid. I will have him do a few more things also.

My initial inquiry was to just find out what the ballpark price was so when he quoted me I would be getting a fair market price. I want to give the guy work but I don't want to be taken advantage of. Thanks again everyone.
