Right, but again, how is that different than any other small business owner? You
say it's because most customers hate them (something I'd have never guessed about dental patients), but associate dentists seem far less stressed? Do patients hate associate dentists less than dentists who own their own practice? If that's the case, that's why I suggested it's the billing or something that makes patients mad and something the owner has the deal with that the associate doesn't. That's what I'm trying to figure out/distinguish.
