Craigslist scammers are so stupid:
Listed my old phone for sale today.
Scammer: Hi, is your phone still available? What is the phone's condition?
Me: Yes. As stated in the ad you just read, it is in like new condition.
Scammer: I am highly interested in buying this item. I would love to pay you in cash but I would like to see the cell phone in person.
Me: OK. Can you meet tomorrow?
Scammer: No, will you mail it to me and I will test it out. If I like it, I will send you the cashier's check.
Me: Why don't I send you the $300 cash, the phone, my SSN, and my bank account number. Sound better?
Scammer: My secretary will be making payment....blah blah blah blah
