MS will offer free upgrade to 10 when it comes out.
So I would not hold off for that reason.
If you are happy with undisclosed spy wear on your notebook than Lenovo is the way to go.
Also keep in mind that the A4 line is bottom of the barrel. So unless this is for basic use you may see some performance lag.
