Honestly - lending know-how, facilities and equipment. Not much else.
As others have pointed out, almost every school now has its own distribution system for non-revenue and low-revenue content. In the WCC, some schools didn't have a convenient way to get even a WCC Tournament game to fans if it wasn't on a "real" network. Not a problem for B12. In fact, B12 teams probably need to hold every scrap of content they have to fill air time.

But BYUtv has a lot of resources. If BYU tv is willing to share those resources, that is something. I'm not sure what situation would arise where allowing another school to use some BYUtv resources would make sense, though.
