If market size potential was the issue why isn't Houston a bigger target? I

don't know if schools like UCF are a huge draw just because of tv markets unless they believe they can turn them into draws. Right now I don't ever see UCF or any other nonP5 school turning heads. Same in Ohio- Cin is in a great location but would it mean more eyes than they get now?

I'm probably wrong.
