Well these places make me hungry. Anyone up for lunch?
A few restaurants shut down of health violations in Utah. Here are a few violations. And these are violations that happened when the health inspector was there. Imagine when he wasn't there. Sorry if this has already been posted.

- The meat slicer is unclean to sight and touch.
- Rice left from customer bowls is added back into rice steamer for re-use.
- Employees are eating in food preparation areas.
- Burnt cigarettes are stored on a food preparation surface.
- Raw chicken is stored above ready-to-eat food in the walk-in cooler.
- Vinegar is being stored on the floor.
- Chicken is being stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler.
- The floor is dirty in the walk-in cooler.
- Carpeting is installed in a food preparation area.
- Rice scoops are stored in standing water.
- Utensils are stored in standing water.Items such as lawn care equipment and non-functional equipment that are unnecessary to the operation of the food establishment are stored on the premises.
- A non-functional freezer is stored on the premise.
- There are dozens of live ants in the food storage room.
- Cardboard is being used as a floor liner.

- There is no soap at each hand sink used by employees.
- There is no hand drying provision at the hand sink.
- Spice bag restraint is made out of metal wire that is rusty
- An employee did not wash hands between clean and dirty tasks.
- Various areas of the restaurant is dirty
