I've been interviewing with E&Y for an hour experienced professional indirect tax role. It appears that my interviews are done and the HR rep is telling me that she's reviewing my interview feedback (which have all been "good" she said) and says I can expect a call from her tomorrow.
Anyone have any insights into how E&Y presents offers? Their views or approaches on negotiating the details of an offer? I have heard that they won't negotiate with student recruits but does that same rule apply to "experienced hires"?
