Have your son do the first day also. It is going to be taught by Jordan Pendleton and will be combine drills. He will be teaching form and also exercises to get faster and more agile. My son trains with Jordan and it has made a HUGE difference in his speed and agility. It is really cool to see the difference between his form before and after. Jordan was also one of my favorite cougar players of all time. The guy was insanely athletic.
