Big12 leadership is the reason why this conference will disband. I don't like reading hypothetical conference suggestions but I could easily see Texas Tech fitting in MWC with UNM right there. They seem like really natural rivals (having seen them play in person). Iowa St with the AAC will be an instant hit with a Cincy rivalry for obvious reasons. I could see something crazy happening with a lil' B12 school like Kansas going independent (and I bet national media would think it's beautiful, honorable, and courageous).

But, it would be hilarious if OU flirted with Pac12 a 3rd time just to leave the motel early and get their way by forcing B12 to expand (for OU).
