Green's overrated, especially in comparison to the Jazz wings.
Burks, for example is just 23 and shot 38% from three with a bad shoulder. Green is 28 and shot 41%. All Green has to do is shoot spot up 3s, that are often wide open. 62% of Green's shots are three pointers and something like 93% of them are assisted. This, compared to Burks where 22% of his shots are threes and only 76% were assisted last year. If your only job is to stand still and shoot threes, you'd better hit 40%+. If that were Burks only job, I'm sure he could improve his shot but a couple percentage points.

Burks is simply a better player. At 28, Green's career high scoring average is 11 ppg. Burks has played on full season at 23 and he has averaged 14 ppg twice in his career. Burks is a better playmaker and a more versatile offensive player.

Hayward is better than Burks and in my opinion, Hood, at 22 will be better than Burks. IOW, Green at 28, would probably be the 4th best wing on the Jazz - we don't need him taking minutes from those guys.
