It isn't about whether or not there is a plea deal.

If there is a felony charge, he is done. If it is charged as something less than a felony, there is some wiggle room and he could be back. I think the policy doesn't even allow for a player to be on the team that has a felony charge that was pled down. Once a felony is charged, you are done at Utah.
