Players in the league 1-6 years can get 25%. 7-9 years 30%. 10+ years 35%
Exception can be made for those under 7 years who have been named MVP, All-star starter twice, or All-NBA twice. This allows them to get paid the same as the 7-9 year bracket.

As has been mentioned elsewhere in this thread, Davis and Lillard's numbers are higher/inflated since they are extensions that won't kick in until 2016 when the salary cap is higher. Those that go into effect this year will naturally be lower since it's based on a percentage.
