I figure I may as well get on the speculation train along with everyone else, and I saw this article here about the idea of expanding beyond 12 to 14 for the B12. It's a rather compelling case, though there are some fairly long reaches in this guys rationale:

Yes, it's a blog, so take it for what it's worth. It's an interesting idea that I think could potentially get legs if the numbers are anywhere near what this guy says they are. Though, I would expect the powers that be in the B12 to have already taken a look at it...at least I would hope they would have at least explored it to see if it were viable.
