Just looking at Zillow, it looks like there are some options in Provo and Springville if you're looking from something built in the 80s or 90s (and a wider variety of home in Spanish Fork). Looks that that amount of money could get you a house around 2000 - 2500 square feet that has 4 - 5 bedrooms on around a 1/4 acre lot. Homes in that price range seem to be pretty nice.
