On College Sports Radio on SiriusXM they were talking about the Big 12 needing a conference championship game. They said the Big 12 needed to add two teams but didn't mention who.

However, interesting was that they said that the Big12 needed to be worried about losing WVU in the future to the ACC. Academics aside, WVU is a geographic fit for the ACC to grab in the future.

Their point was that the Big 12 shouldn't get wrapped up into trying to appease WVU when they are already vulnerable to leaving in the future because of their poor geography in the Big 12. They said the Big 12 needed to really focus on getting Nebraska back which would be a major PR move showing that the Big 12 wasn't slowly crumbling by getting their teams back.

But WVU being vulnerable to getting poached by the ACC in the future was interesting.
