Funny thing to add. I had a t least 3 "ok, we got this fixed and you won't have
to call back and deal with this again" conversations. Each of those I thanked the rep, reassured them that it wasn't their fault but more of a company issue and asked for their supervisor to pay them a compliment for their good work.

Then it was right back to the same thing the next month.
